Payment methods we accept

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. If buy-now-pay-later options such as Shop Pay Installments are available for your order, you'll see them there too.

When you're charged

Your payment is processed when you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your receipt straight away.

Prices, taxes and currency

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.

Your security

Our checkout is hosted by Shopify, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for card security. Your payment details are encrypted and are never stored by SITRA or seen by our team.

We'll never ask for your card details

SITRA will never ask for your card number, security code or passwords by email, phone, text or social media. If someone does, don't reply, and let us know at Info@sitrra.com.

Order verification

To protect you, some orders are reviewed for fraud prevention. If we need to verify anything, we'll email you. If an order can't be verified, we'll cancel it and refund the full amount.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, check that your billing details match your card, try another payment method, or contact your bank. For security reasons we can't see why a bank declines a payment.
